My name is Jeremy Heiny and I am the owner of the company. I grew up in Indiana and at a young age started to develop a passion and love for building things. I can still remember when my dad let me have a circular saw and a few hand tools so I could build pens for our pigs on our tiny farm. I loved every minute of it. From there my passion for building has just grown. I enrolled in Building Trades through my local vocational school in HighSchool and learned how to develop my skills and get a base knowledge of not only residential building but also some commercial. I have spent a large portion of my adult life as a Trim Carpenter in Western North Carolina, learning how to pay attention to details and work with architects, builders, homeowners, and inspectors. I am blessed to have worked alongside some great builders and been part of completing some wonderful projects. Along the way, I have learned and expanded my knowledge and people would ask me, could you build me a house? Well of course I could but I did not have my contractors license to do so. After much thought, and a little bit of fear to be honest, I decided to get my license. It took me almost a year of classes and study all while chasing around my three boys and still trimming houses. In the beginning of 2025, I got my license and now I am enjoying helping people figure out how to build the home or remodel of their dreams.

I will walk alongside you the entire way to help you get what you want even if you don't know what that is yet. I love to meet with clients and see what their hopes and dreams are and then see what I can do to make that happen. I have an unlimited General Contractors License in the state of North Carolina which could be expanded to other states if need be.
